This hotel met the demands! Everything was perfectly fine, personnel was amazing. The rooms themselves were comfy with 2 beds. The food was great with plenty of options.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were terrible.

We were not supposed to get changed for the late check-out fee, and were told we would not get changed, and we were still charged for the late check out fee!!!

This very serious game for fun has beautiful Pixsina
There was no toilet paper and you didn't charge much for taxis when you booked and there was only one person at the time.

Staying here was nice, both just a short walk away, helping us to soak in the beach vibes while discovering nearby gems in the city. A fantastic base for those looking to explore the area on foot without needing a car.

The only thing I liked about this hotel didn't really have anything to do with the hotel itself...and that would be the location..beach was right there..so when you're done there, it's nice to be able to go back to room without having to drive or walk..staff was nice to I might add.
Paid alot of money to stay at a hotel that has a really nice website...As soon as I stepped off of that elevator onto my floor, I was floored with the horrible mildewy smell and it even smelled like a public bathroom. Trash from previous people. Dirty mugs. Dirty carpet. Sliding glass door that was way off track. Smelly room too. It's ashame that the people not only of that hotel, but all of Ocean City are more into making money, than making it an enjoyable experience for the many people who vacation there...If there is a way to cut corners and just make the money, they sure do know how do it...very disappointed!! Also, not once did I see any maids..I think all they do is come in and take trash and dirty towels, leave clean towels, not even make beds, vacuum or leave coffee condiments..I even think they wash the mugs in the dirty sink there in the room! Gross..never stay there again!

With all the treats of what to do and what not to do, we were afraid of doing anything. I realize rules are needed, but we are 69 yrs old and too many do nots.
